We take privacy very seriously. Because of that, we try to keep things simple.

By using this website, downloading content and/or using the LateralAccessDevice Firmware / Software module ("LAD"), you consent to the collection and use of information by IPCopper, Inc. its subsidiaries, officers, employees, shareholders, agents or representatives (collectively "IPCopper") in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use (this includes users who have purchased a computer or similar hardware from a third party with LAD already installed or who contract with a third party to build a computer and install LAD).

With Respect to Registration

You may register using any name you choose, provided that it does not contravene any laws. In general, there is very little information that you need to provide to us to download and/or use LAD.

With Respect to Payment Processing

For your convenience we may use third-party payment processors, so that while you may have to give certain information to the payment processor in order for your payment to be processed, you do not have to give it to us. With any other means of payment (e.g., check or wire transfer) you may supply as little or as much information as you deem necessary to conduct the transaction and for us to match up the payment with your account.

Cookies and Other Digital Markers

We have little use for cookies and other digital markers, however, to faciliate the provisioning of LAD and for your convenience, we have no choice but to use some cookies and other digital markers. On this website we use cookies to tag that you have accepted the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to use cookies or other digital markers for any reason.

Waiver of Right to Privacy

You remain solely responsible for your own privacy. You explicitly waive any right to privacy, however, we require very little information in order for you to download and use LAD.

LAD comes with multiple encryption mechanisms, which are devised in such a way that some of it will not be accessible to us. Even if we wanted to snoop into your LAD (we do not), we would not be able to due to the nature of the system. We have no capacity to monitor or influence your use of LAD, other than the ability to cease renewal of its license if you or we choose not to renew it.

IPCOPPER, INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, COST, OR EXPENSE FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY. IPCOPPER, INC. ALSO MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE APPLICATION(S) WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.
